How is holiday pay computed in the Philippines?
On regular holidays, employees receive 200% of their daily rate for the first 8 hours even if they do not work. On special non-working holidays, employees who work receive an additional 30% of their daily rate. Additional premiums apply for overtime and night differential work on holidays.
